Awards & Flyers

Below are some scans of awards and flyers Thomas has collected over the years.  This is just a sample and more are coming as they are found.

MAAP Conference

This one was damaged enroute back home from Indianapolis.  This is from the 1996 MAAP conference.  Thomas was to moderate a panel but he was really sick that day and did such a bad job that he has have never been invited back.

This is an advertisement Thomas handed out during the short time he was working on the "Forever Friends" TV series.  (No it never aired.)  He was so inexperienced back then and he wishes it was still in production because he feels he could write episodes much better now than he did back then.

Autism 95

Certificate given for continuing education credits.  As you can see, Thomas was in some really good company at this conference.

Council for Exceptional Children

This is from a keynote Thomas did for CEC in Arkansas.  He would love to do another conference for them someday.

Special Parent Advocacy Network

This is from a keynote talk Thomas did in New Jersey  for SPAN.

Autism from the Inside Out

This is an advertisement for a talk he did in Illinois.  He likes the logo at the top.  :)

Northeast Regional Conference on Autism

Another conference Thomas would like to do again sometime.  Especially since he is living in the Northeast!

Evening with Thomas

From the Western Kentucky Chapter of ASA.  Thomas really enjoyed speaking for them.  They were very good to him there.

Understanding Autism

Another keynote, and again Thomas is in good company with this talk.  He couldn't ask for better people to present with.

Some Enchanted Evening

The logo on the top of this one was done by the same person who did the "Inside Out" logo above.

Irlen Institute

Thomas got no money for this one, instead he received a set of Irlen Lenses in return for this talk.

International Autism Conference

There were over 200 papers submitted for this conference and less than 60 were chosen.  Thomas was one of them and the recording of his talk outsold all other recordings.

(Note: The same recording is available elsewhere on this website.)
